I’m a Scotland-based photographer working from Loch Lomond, capturing weddings and family portraits here and across the country. I also teach photography, offering courses.

Photography in Scotland
Hi, I am a photographer in Scotland, photographing weddings, family portraits, and commercial projects across the country. I also run photography training courses, teaching people at all levels how to take better photographs.
Authentic Photography
My job is to capture amazing pictures and to make the photography painless and enjoyable! My base is at Loch Lomond, in Scotland's first National Park. Loch Lomond is truly inspirational to be a photographer.

Scotland’s Wedding Venues
It's easy to see why couples choose Loch Lomond and the Trossachs for their wedding. There are some incredible loch side venues, with the opportunity to get married in one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland. Nearby are the exciting cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh. Both also have some fantastic wedding venues where I've enjoyed photographing weddings.
Planning a Wedding
I love discovering wedding plans and helping the couple ensure their day runs smoothly and on time.
As a photographer, I want to see the day flow and not hold it up with endless pictures. Letting the day flow allows the couple to spend as much time with their guests as possible, and it's where I can fade into the background to get candid pictures.
Family Portraits
Families book me to get natural-looking portraits instead of boring white background studio shots. I love being on location in a home, garden, park, or holiday property, as people are much more relaxed in this environment. I've also photographed dogs, cats, chickens, and horses, as we mustn't forget the pets too!
Commercial Photography
I also have a marketing business and work on many commercial projects. I can photograph teams, food, drink, accommodation, shops, and more; a favourite is hanging off boats on Scotland's lochs and getting photography for tourism.
